Sensation White

What’s up everybody, I hope you were all able to attend at least one of the glorious events I discussed in my previous blog! And well, if you weren’t, I have an event for you that will more than make up for what may have been a sub par new years celebration. I present you with Sensation White!
Sensation White is the world’s leading dance event and in the past, attending this phenomenal function may have only seemed like a farfetched dream for those living in the United States, especially in these challenging economic days. After all not everyone has the funds to travel to the likes of Belgium, Denmark, Romania, or Spain; just to name a few locations. However, this year all of that changes as for the first time ever Sensation White blesses the people of the United States with its presence! What does this mean for you? Well hopefully something, and for those of you who are as ecstatic as I am this means buy your ticket as soon as they go on sale. This may be a more difficult ticket to score than the Super Bowl. You may think that is an outrageous statement, but with the exponentially increasing popularity of electronic music and music festivals, I firmly believe my previous statement is extremely accurate. Start saving now because Sensation White promises to be most epic electronic music event in US history, absolutely demolishing top notch events like the Electric Daisy Carnival and the Ultra Music Festival. I am located in San Francisco, CA and I will go wherever I need to go in order to attend this event. Just think, this is the first time (and who knows, maybe the last time) in TWELVE years that it is coming to the US,
If I am so convinced it is going to be so successful, you may be thinking why would I even fathom the idea that it may be the one and only Sensation White to take place in the States. Well, from my experience (roughly four years of attending such events), I have encountered several unfortunate situations. As spectacular as these events are, there are always people that ruin it for everyone else. When I attend an event like this I go to maximize my enjoyment of the music, my friends, and the environment. Unfortunately, those jerks pushing in line or even physically fighting, are not there for the same reason. Don’t get me wrong, I’m down to get rowdy and throw down if need be, but I’ll go to a 49ers/Raiders game if I want to do that. I think it’s pathetic when I see those bozo’s trying to instigate when all everyone is trying to do is have fun. I have seen these types of shenanigans cause shows and festivals to end early and even call for the cancellation of the event the following year. I have hardly heard of such actions in other countries, thus I ask myself can I get the true Sensation White experience in America? I mean there has to be a reason that this is the first time in 12 years they are coming here, right? Regardless, I am going to roll the dice and hope people can behave themselves.
Another issue that frightens me is the use of narcotics. This is another major problem that can lead to Sensation White being the next Chingy of the US in being a one hit wonder. If you want to ruin your body by taking these substances then be my guest, but DON’T get caught and ruin it for the rest of us. Seemingly after every large event you hear about the unbelievably large amounts of confiscated narcotics. This led to the demise of the Electric Daisy Carnival in Los Angeles and almost put an end to it all together, thankfully Las Vegas was willing to endure the risks which allowed this marvelous event to proceed this past year.
The moral of the story is don’t be that fool, or part of the group of fools that put a damper into such a monumental event because you don’t want thousands of angry people looking your way. I don’t want to have to travel to other countries to attend this every year, I like the idea of having it in my own back yard. So keep your eyes peeled for the released dates and locations of Sensation White America. As always get rowdy, but be safe.
Oh yeah and if you don’t like to wear white your kind of in trouble because if you haven’t figured it out yet, uh you kind of have to.
I now leave you with the slap of the week, which I find fitting being that I am one of many with midterms right around the corner! Here is Avicii with “Fuck School”
